The estimated delivery times are based on your location. The estimated delivery times after production time (you will receive an email when the items are sent):
Shipping within the Poland: 1-3 business days
Shipping within Europe: 3-10 business days
Worldwide shipping: 7-21 business day
Shipping time is not within our control. We cannot be held responsible for delay and/or damage caused by the shipping company.
You will inform you with an email message as soon as the package is picked up at our location. For shipments sent outside Europe, the buyer pays additional costs that arise in the territory of his country, such as customs clearance etc.
After purchasing products, you have the possibility to return the items within 14 days after you received the products. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the products has not been opened, used or damaged.
During these 14 days you shall treat the product and the package carefully. If you wish to return the items, you need to return the product with all accessories and in the original conditioning and packaging. If the packaging was destroyed you have to provide an equal package to secure the items.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable.
We will refund the payment as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days after the return of the items and complies to the regulations of non-use and undamaged.
Damaged or broken products
If you receive a product broken or damaged we will replace it with an identical product, unless otherwise requested. Please report the damage and send us email and a photo within 2 days after arrival of the packaging and the broken/damaged parts, so we can contact the shipping company. As a recipient, you are obliged to check the parcel in the presence of a courier. If the contents of the package have been damaged, you must write down a damage report in the presence of the courier. If you do not write down the damage report when you receive the package with a courier, we will not be able to replace the damaged items as part of the complaint. In this case, we will have to ask you to pay the costs associated with the replacement of damaged items.Otherwise the product cannot be replaced. We will send you a new product after receiving back the broken/damaged product.
